Through its trainings, and the phenomenal women it supports, Barefoot College is uncovering the power and courage that every woman has to make a strong contribution. It also teaches women essential insight about women’s rights, children’s rights, financial inclusion, sustainable living, livelihood skills, as well as health and sanitation skills in a comfortable learning environment with the help of digital learning tools.

Barefoot College in cooperation with Starbucks Foundation offers women the ability to participate in Barefoot College International's solar engineering and livelihood programs, build on the knowledge and courage they already have acquired and return home with the skills to do even more.
